Fitness Bucket List

Who doesn’t love a bucket list?! Something to keep yourself accountable and try things that you may have always wanted to try but were a little to scared to do so. Instead of making just an overall bucket list, I have made myself a fitness bucket list.

I first thought to create this list as a way to get myself out of a fitness rut and to try new things and experiences. Some of these are things I just put down on a whim, while others are ones that I’ve actually wanted to do for some time and just haven’t yet. Stay tuned as I chronicle my way through this list. So here we go!

  • Run a half marathon in under 3 hours
  • Take a pole dancing class
  • Take a barre3 class
  • Take a yoga class
  • Take a pound class
  • Take an aerial yoga class
  • Run a mile in under 10 minutes
  • Take a Bollywood dance class
  • Take a kickboxing class
  • Take a trapeze dance class
  • Take an insanity class/do a DVD workout
  • Do 25 push ups in a row with correct form
  • Try CrossFit
  • Be able to do a split
  • Take a hot yoga class
  • Take a trampoline workout class
  • Take a Zumba class
  • Take a barre class
  • Take a spin class
  • Lift free weights at the gym
  • Take up hiking and actually try and enjoy it
  • Treat myself to a fitness vaca
  • Complete a fitness event/class in every state
  • Learn to ballroom dance
  • Learn to belly dance
  • Go kayaking
  • Try indoor rock climbing
  • Run a race in a different country
  • Run a marathon
